Furthermore, we extend a warm gesture by providing a designated seat on the train specifically for your driver.
To ensure a seamless departure, we kindly request all groups to arrive one hour prior to the scheduled time. This allows ample time to secure your tickets and make necessary arrangements before the conductor’s lively call of “All Aboard!” approximately 30 minutes prior to departure.
For groups comprised entirely of passengers aged 17 and over, we present our new exclusive Club Service option. Elevate your experience to unparalleled heights with a luxurious meal included. Helpful Hints
- Groups are assigned seating. Groups may be seated with other passengers.
- Due to the historic nature of our equipment, we are not ADA accessible. However, we try our best to accommodate everyone. Please let us know at least 20 days prior to the excursion date of any boarding concerns.
- We do not accept pets on the train. However, certified service animals are permitted.
- No smoking or alcohol permitted on the train.
- Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check, and money order.
- Potomac Eagle Scenic Railroad makes every effort to maintain its schedule but reserves the right to alter schedules or equipment as operating conditions warrant.
- By riding, all passengers grant Potomac Eagle and its parent company, Eagle Cañon Passenger Car Company, the right to include photographic, video, audio and other visual or audio portrayals of passengers taken during or in connection with the excursion for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity, promotion, training or otherwise.
Gratuity- Gratuity IS INCLUDED in the ticket price. Please make your customers aware of this prior to your excursion date.
