Our regular excursion is a 3-hour trip that goes southbound through the Trough to Sycamore Bridge and back. (It is approximately 35 miles round-trip.) There is no layover; passengers stay on-board.

Standard Coach is great for families or groups and offers an affordable price. Our cushioned, bench-style seats have reversible backs so passengers can face in either direction and enjoy the scenery from all angles. Windows can be opened, and limited heat is also available.

With the Standard Dining, you’ll not only receive the same benefits as the Standard Coach, but also receive a boxed lunch. Advanced reservations are required, and your entrée must be chosen at the time of the reservation.

When you upgrade to Premium Dining, you’ll experience firsthand our vintage 1947 passenger cars. These cars offer 2 or 4 top tables, include a meal service, and are climate controlled so you are perfectly relaxed during your trip. Reservations are required, and your entree must be chosen at the time of your reservation.

Superior Club includes meal service, complemented with Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad china. These beautifully restored lounge cars offer loveseats with tables and are climate-controlled providing air conditioning or heat. Advance reservations required. Entree chosen at time of reservation.
