Standard Coach is great for families or groups and offers an affordable price. Our cushioned, bench-style seats have reversible backs so passengers can face in either direction and enjoy the scenery from all angles. Windows can be opened, and limited heat is also available.

Club Service and Superior Dining

Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, an in-house credit may be held to reschedule for another date (subject to availability) for up to one year (excluding third party vouchers). For reservations involving meal service (Club, Superior, Premium & Standard Dining), full credit can be held only if cancellations are made one week prior to the excursion date. If cancellations are less than one week prior to the excursion, a service fee will be deducted from your in-house credit to reschedule (service fee is determined by class of service). Seating Policy: While we make every effort to seat parties at their own tables, please be aware that, in cases of high demand or limited capacity, we reserve the right to seat separate reservations together. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in ensuring a positive experience for all our patrons For Standard Coach Reservations- full credit can be held only if cancellations/date changes are made one week prior to the excursion date. If cancellations & date changes are less than one week prior to the excursion, a $10 service fee per ticket will be deducted from your in-house credit to reschedule. Potomac Eagle Scenic Railroad makes every effort to maintain its schedule but reserves the right to alter schedules or equipment as operating conditions warrant. In house credits from the regular season are NOT valid on North Pole Express Excursion.

Reservations for this special event train are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend, we do not provide in-house credits for this specific event. However, you have the option to transfer your reservation to another party if desired. To guarantee that your party is seated together, we kindly ask that all members of your group be booked under a single reservation.
